The pan promotes excellent searing for a delicious smoky flavor while keeping food--even small veggies and shrimp--from falling into the fire. The long, stainless-steel handle affords a secure grip and features a hanging loop. To add ingredients to the pan, simply press the lever on the basket’s handle and lift the lid. Replace the lid and safely toss any combination of meat, seafood, and vegetables while grilling. This grill-top frying pan measures approximately 25 inches long by 11-3/4 inches wide by 7 inches high, including the handles. The grill basket with lid measures approximately 11-3/4 inches wide by 5-3/4 inches high. This pan is dishwasher-safe.

Tom's Tips This is the ultimate "grill" fry. Pre-marinate the food and get the fire really hot. As soon as the food is done, add it to a stainless-steel bowl that contains your sauce and give it a quick toss. Use ginger butter for shrimp. This is the easiest way to cook any small item on the charcoal grill.
