This two-piece frying pan, ideal for outdoor grilling, is constructed of durable stainless-steel mesh and comes with a matching, removable lid. The pan promotes excellent searing for a delicious smoky flavor while keeping food--even small veggies and shrimp--from falling into the fire. The long, stainless-steel handle affords a secure grip and features a hanging loop. To add ingredients to the pan, simply press the lever on the basket’s handle and lift the lid. Replace the lid and safely toss any combination of meat, seafood, and vegetables while grilling. This grill-top frying pan measures approximately 25 inches long by 11-3/4 inches wide by 7 inches high, including the handles. The grill basket with lid measures approximately 11-3/4 inches wide by 5-3/4 inches high. This pan is dishwasher-safe.
Tom's Tips

  • This is the ultimate "grill" fry. Pre-marinate the food and get the fire really hot. As soon as the food is done, add it to a stainless-steel bowl that contains your sauce and give it a quick toss. Use ginger butter for shrimp.
  • This is the easiest way to cook any small item on the charcoal grill.

Tom Douglas is an American chef, restaurateur, and writer. He is well known for helping to define Northwest cuisine and igniting the Seattle restaurant scene, winning the James Beard Award for Best Northwest Chef in 1994. Since 1989, Tom has opened five of Seattle’s most popular restaurants: Dahlia Lounge; the Greek-inspired Lola; Serious Pie pizzeria; Palace Kitchen; and Pike Place Market’s iconic seafood restaurant, Etta’s.
